Careers

Join our team

We are a small team of researchers, designers, and educators—all committed to advancing the science and practice of character development. Our work makes schools better places for students to learn and flourish.

Excellence is a temporary achievement, not a status. We learn from our mistakes, depend on one another, leverage our diverse perspectives, take initiative, and give feedback early and often. Each day, we seek to exemplify the very character strengths that we promote.
